Welcome to 3rd Hindley Scout Group - Beavers, Cubs Scouts and Explorers based in Hindley, Wigan.
Formed in 1957 by Ron Brown, father of current GSL Norman, we are now one of the biggest and best groups in Wigan District (and Greater Manchester West!) With meetings which hit the right balance of the Outdoors, Skills, Fitness and Fun, regular weekends away, plus our annual Summer Camp we ensure that Scouting is a enjoyable and relevant now as it was a hundred years ago.

It’s a fun weekend based on team challenges!
Come on Dads - join in - brush up on your firelighting and cooking skills
Cost is £15 per head and own menu and food to be brought.
